Custom reporting
The reporting module is the front-end of Miyowa's monitoring module. It allows access to technical and customer usage statistics (downloads Windows Live transactions such as login/logout).
Consisting of pre-defined report templates that are fully customisable to suit our customer requirements. These templates have been designed to efficiently and quickly gather relevant information from the underlying database and display meaningful reports for further analysis. Fully configurable, the reports can be accessed on-demand or can be generated on a regular basis.

Miyowa's account managers are dedicated to understanding end-users behaviour and manage campaigns to increase both ARPU and Customer Life Time Value.
